Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
